 A secret ballot shall not be permitted upon any vote called for at the reunion.  Casting of votes shall be by show of hands. to be amended to read:  Voting shall be by secret ballot.  Ballot with any proposed amendment(s), modification(s) or repeal(s) to the By-Laws will be placed in the Welcome Package Article 2 Section C3 (John B.)

Change wording of Article 4 Section 1 paragraph 2 to read:  Any proposed amendment(s), modification(s) or repeal(s) of any portion of these Bylaws must be submitted to the By-laws Committee at least one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to Reunion Membership Meeting. Within one hundred and fifty (150) days prior to the Reunion Membership Meeting the Bylaws Committee will recommend approval or rejection and forward determination to the Executive Council.  Within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the Reunion Membership Meeting the Executive Council will determine if proposed change(s) are to be presented to membership for approval or rejection. The Executive Council will Notify the Newsletter Editor and Webmaster within ninety (90) days to post proposals.  Article 4 section1 paragraph 2 (John B.)

Change wording of Article 4 Section 1 Paragraph 3 to read:  Any proposed amendment(s), modification(s) or repeal(s) presented to the members will require a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote for approval via secret ballot at the Reunion. Absent Active Members may cast their vote via email.  Any proposal rejected by the members can be resubmitted to the Bylaws Committee up until 180 prior to the next biennial reunion. (John B.)
